Auditions for Children’s Show

Children in first through eighth grades are invited to audition for the 2023 Children’s Show, Two
Stories About the Gold Buckskin Whincher. No preparation is necessary, but it is important to bring a
list of family conflicts. Auditions will be Thursday, August 24 beginning at 6:00 at the New Minowa
Players Theatre. Rehearsals will begin Monday, August 28, and will run Monday, Tuesdays and
Thursdays 6:00-7:30 between August 28 and October 12. The week of the performance, beginning
October 16, rehearsals will happen every day. Performances will be October 19-22. Everyone who
auditions for this show will be cast. Everyone who wishes to sing a solo will have a solo. Everyone who
wants to speak lines will do so. The auditions are an important tool to help the director know how to
